Volleyball Game Preview: Argyle Eagles vs. Colleyville Heritage Panthers + How To Watch

The Argyle Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Colleyville Heritage Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Argyle will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Argyle made easy work of Grapevine and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Argyle was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-15, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Colleyville Heritage didn't have quite enough to beat Grapevine on Friday and fell 3-2.

Colleyville Heritage actually scored more points across those five sets (101-93), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 13-25, 15-25, 25-19, 15-13.

Colleyville Heritage's defeat dropped their record down to 21-12. As for Argyle, their win bumped their record up to 29-3.

Argyle skirted past Colleyville Heritage 3-2 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
