Centennial had lost ten games at home dating back to last season, but after bumping their record up to 7-13 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They had just enough and edged out the Urbana Tigers 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Chargers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

As for Urbana, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Urbana's part, Lizzy Lange spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits.

At the plate, Urbana saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Camryn Harrison, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

As of now, neither Centennial nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
