It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Carmichaels had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Leechburg Blue Devils. Winning may never get old, but the Mighty Mikes sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Carmichaels' win was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Robbie Wilson-Jones, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Another was Brayden Andrews, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Carmichaels' victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Leechburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-4.

As of now, neither Carmichaels nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
