Football Recap: Northgate Takes a Loss

Northgate lost against Rochester back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Flames took a blow against the Rams, falling 44-14.

Northgate dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Rochester, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northgate will head out to face off against Chartiers-Houston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Buccaneers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Flames surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rochester, they are taking a road trip to square off against South Side at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Side's defense has only allowed 14.2 points per game this season, so Rochester's offense will have their work cut out for them.
