Volleyball Recap: Hendrickson Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road + How To Watch

Hendrickson barely beat Pflugerville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Hawks blew past the Panthers 3-0 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in August.

Hendrickson got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 30-28, 25-22.

Kendal Roberson paced Hendrickson's offense, picking up ten kills. Roberson got some help from Kenna Braden and her 17 assists. Finally, Chinwendu Aguoru kept Hendrickson's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Despite the loss, Pflugerville still got an impressive performance from Laila Ornick, who had 12 digs and two assists. Ornick has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last nine times she's played.

Hendrickson's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-21. As for Pflugerville, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-21.
