Soccer Recap: Liberty Falls Short of Grand Junction in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Liberty can now relate to. They lost 4-0 to the Grand Junction Tigers on Wednesday. Considering the last time Liberty couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 10-5-1. As for Grand Junction, the win keeps them at an undefeated 12-0-2.

Liberty does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grand Junction, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-0 defeat against Pine Creek on the 4th.
