Meanwhile, Military Magnet Academy came tearing into Friday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 68-63 W over the Eagles.

Military Magnet Academy pushed their record up to 10-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Charleston Math & Science, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-4.

Charleston Math & Science might still be hurting after the 60-36 loss they got from Military Magnet Academy when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Can Charleston Math & Science avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
