Meanwhile, Western Christian earned a 3-1 victory over Colton on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Pioneers in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won six in a row.

Delphian's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 10-1 and their overall record down to 16-4. As for Western Christian, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Delphian took their victory against Western Christian in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Dragons repeat their success, or do the Pioneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
