Metropolitan won the last time they faced Beach Channel and things went their way on Friday too. Metropolitan blew past Beach Channel 15-4. Metropolitan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by nine runs or more this season.

Metropolitan now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Beach Channel, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-2.

Metropolitan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 21-3 victory against Edison on the 28th. As for Beach Channel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 19-1 loss against Townsend Harris on the 29th.
