Volleyball Recap: Walled Lake Western Takes a Loss

Walled Lake Western was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Flushing Raiders.

Walled Lake Western's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Flushing, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Walled Lake Western will face off against South Lyon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Flushing, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Mercy on the 13th.
