Softball Preview: Foran Lions vs. Lyman Hall Trojans

Abigail Corris was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in 19 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one double.
In other batting news, Ariella Diorio was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. Maddie Deldin was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
