Baseball Recap: Yough Takes a Loss

Yough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took an 8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chartiers-Houston Buccaneers.

Yough's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Chartiers-Houston, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Yough will head out to take on Ligonier Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chartiers-Houston, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Cherry at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rangers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Buccaneers surely won't give up without a fight.
