Volleyball Recap: Classical Finds Playoff Glory Versus Oswego

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Classical walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Oswego Indians on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Saints have posted since August 30th.

Kaiah Cravens paced Classical's offense, picking up 12 kills. Cravens got some help from Anna Schmidt and her 24 assists.

The win was the third in a row for Classical, bringing their record up to 9-29-1. As for Oswego, their loss dropped their record down to 15-21.

Classical didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Bluestem on the 20th. As for Oswego, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Northeast on the 20th.
