Volleyball Recap: Mount Greylock Regional Beats Wahconah Regional for Their Fourth Straight Victory + How To Watch

Mount Greylock Regional waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wahconah Regional Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Mounties: when they faced off against the Warriors back in September, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-23, 25-16.

Mount Greylock Regional can attribute much of their success to Cecelia Keogh, who had seven digs, five kills, and two aces. That's the most digs Keogh has posted over her last four matchups.

They weren't the only good servers: Mount Greylock Regional was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wahconah Regional only served seven.

Despite the loss, Wahconah Regional still got an impressive performance from Madison Judson, who had nine digs and two aces. Those aces were Judson's first of the season.

Mount Greylock Regional's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Wahconah Regional, they dropped their record down to 11-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
