Basketball Game Preview: Oswego Bucs vs. Fulton Red Raiders

Oswego is 1-9 against Fulton since February of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Oswego Bucs will take on the Fulton Red Raiders at 6:45 p.m. Oswego knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine contests -- so hopefully Fulton likes a good challenge.

Last Monday, Oswego came up short against Cortland and fell 74-63.

Meanwhile, Fulton put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 77-53 margin over Watertown. The Red Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 24 points or more this season.

Fulton's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.6 points per game. As for Oswego, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Oswego was taken down by Fulton 100-69 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Can Oswego avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
