Our Lady of Mount Carmel has gone 9-1 against Pallotti recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. Last Friday, Our Lady of Mount Carmel sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 68-65 victory over Loyola Blakefield. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Dons: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Pallotti was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 61-59 heartbreaker at the hands of Calvert Hall. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (58), the Panthers still had to take the loss.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 26-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points over those games. As for Pallotti, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-15.
