Basketball Recap: South Side Takes a Loss

South Side was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 53-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shenango Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-51 back in December of 2024.

South Side's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Shenango, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-7.

South Side will head out on the road to face off against Rochester at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shenango, they will host Neshannock at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
