Basketball Recap: Pelion Takes a Loss

Pelion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 50-20 loss at the hands of the Swansea Tigers. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Pelion now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Swansea, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

Pelion will take on King Academy in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Swansea, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Lake Marion at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
