DeSoto was the 67-62 winner over Cedar Hill when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The DeSoto Eagles took an 80-67 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cedar Hill Longhorns on Friday.

DeSoto's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Cedar Hill, they pushed their record up to 18-13 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

DeSoto has already played their next match (against Skyline), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Cedar Hill is taking a road trip to take on Horn at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Cedar Hill's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games.
