Softball Recap: Baldwinsville Takes a Loss

Baldwinsville suffered their biggest defeat since April 23, 2024 on Saturday. They came up short against the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets, falling 19-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-5 last Thursday.

Baldwinsville's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Fayetteville-Manlius, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Coincidentally, Baldwinsville and Fayetteville-Manlius will both be playing Cicero-North Syracuse the next time they take the field. The Bees will head out to face the Northstars at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Hornets will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
