Dynamic duo of Jimmy Finley and Aiden Austin lead Andrean to victory

Recap: Andrean Fighting 59ers vs. Victory Christian Academy Lions
The Victory Christian Academy Lions typically have all the answers at home, but on Thursday the Andrean Fighting 59ers proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 60-51. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Andrean.
Leading Andrean to victory were Jimmy Finley and Aiden Austin. Finley scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and five assists, while Austin scored 22 points along with two steals. That's the first time this season that Finley pulled down eight or more rebounds. Alex Austin was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven assists.
Andrean's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-6. As for Victory Christian Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-2.
Andrean will head out on the road to face off against Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Victory Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on La Lumiere Blue at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
