Volleyball Recap: Foxborough Regional Charter Comes Up Short

Foxborough Regional Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Blackstone-Millville Chargers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-9, 25-6.

Brenna Kotsianas was a one-woman wrecking crew For Blackstone-Millville. as she had 12 aces and one assist. Those 12 aces gave Kotsianas a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Millette, who had five aces.

Foxborough Regional Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Blackstone-Millville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-11.

Coming up, Foxborough Regional Charter will face off against Academy of the Pacific Rim at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Blackstone-Millville, they will square off against Groton-Dunstable at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
