Volleyball Recap: Meridian Comes Up Short

Meridian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Charles Bulldogs.

Meridian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for St. Charles, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Meridian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Carrollton on the 23rd. As for St. Charles, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against St. Louis on the 20th.
