Football Recap: Hardee Comes Up Short

Hardee fell victim to LaBelle and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Cowboys/Cowgirls, falling 27-0. Having soared to a lofty 49 points in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Marquay Bradshaw continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for LaBelle, rushing for 145 yards and a pair of TDs on only 14 carries. Bradshaw is also crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Hardee's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for LaBelle, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Hardee has already played their next matchup, a 29-25 win against North Port on the 17th. As for LaBelle, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 36-7 victory against Marathon on the 17th.
