Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Abby Edwards stepped things up a notch to give Snohomish the 'W'. Edwards wasn't messing around, striking out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her eighth straight with eight or more strikeouts.

Coming up, Edwards and Snohomish will square off against Meadowdale at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
