Soccer Recap: Gretna East's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to 19

With a playoff win on the line, Gretna East rose to the challenge on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Blair Bears. Considering Gretna East have won 16 contests by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Blair with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sonora DeFini (3), Addison LaRock, and Kendall Dobberstein.

The victory keeps Gretna East at an undefeated 19-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 98 goals over those 19 matches. As for Blair, they moved to 16-3 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
