Basketball Recap: Nettleton Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Nettleton can now relate to. They fell just short of the Catholic Rockets by a score of 72-69 on Friday. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2021.

Nettleton's defeat dropped their record down to 24-4. As for Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-14 record this season.

Nettleton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Catholic, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 69-44 loss against Maumelle on the 8th.
