Central is 8-0 against East since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Central Blue Eagles will head out on the road to face off against East at 5:00 p.m. East took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Central, who comes in off a win.

Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Frontier STEM 59-3 on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Blue Eagles considering their 21-point performance the game before.

Meanwhile, East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 59-4 loss at the hands of Sumner.

Central moved to 1-4 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for East, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything came up roses for Central against East when the teams last played back in February of 2023, as the team secured a 62-12 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Central since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
