Basketball Recap: Maranacook Takes a Loss

Maranacook was the 59-49 winner over Maine Central Institute when they last played one another last Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Maranacook Black Bears fell 63-54 to the Maine Central Institute Huskies on Monday.

Maranacook's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Maine Central Institute, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maranacook will venture away from home to square off against Madison at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maine Central Institute, they will head out on the road to challenge Leavitt at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
