Basketball Recap: Living Water Christian Comes Up Short

Living Water Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Greenville Christian Academy Knights and fell 45-16. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 535th, while the Knights are ranked 206th).

Living Water Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Greenville Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Living Water Christian will welcome Wilmington Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Wilmington Christian Academy will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Living Water Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Greenville Christian Academy, they will host Wilson Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
