Soccer Recap: Rochester's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Five

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Rochester had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Richland County Tigers. Brenden McArdle was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

The win was the fifth in a row for Rochester, bringing their record up to 9-9-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those five contests. As for Richland County, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8-4.
