Basketball Recap: McKinney Christian Academy Comes Up Short

McKinney Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a 47-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prince of Peace Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 48-41 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

McKinney Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Prince of Peace, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

McKinney Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dallas Thunder White at 3:00 p.m. on December 31st. As for Prince of Peace, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-15 loss against Coram Deo Academy on the 20th.
