Softball Game Preview: Vision vs. Parma Panthers

Vision hasn't had much luck against Parma recently, but that could start to change on Monday. Vision will look to defend their home field against Parma at 5:00 p.m. Vision has given up an average of 17.3 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Vision came up short against Nampa Christian on Thursday, falling 22-2.

Rayah Buster made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

Meanwhile, Parma got the win against Melba on Friday by a conclusive 19-7. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won 12 matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Vision's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Parma, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-2.

Vision might still be hurting after the 21-2 defeat they got from Parma in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Can Vision avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
