Daisy Ryan was the offensive standout of the matchup as she shot 5-for-9 from beyond the arc and almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine boards. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Trinity Cowett, who posted four points and nine rebounds.
Overton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 43 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] ended up a good deal behind Arapahoe on Friday and lost 61-44. While losing is never fun, Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 240th, while Arapahoe is ranked 109th).
