Volleyball Game Preview: Kankakee Trinity Academy vs. HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots

Kankakee Trinity Academy will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Kankakee Trinity Academy is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They fell 2-0 to Kankakee two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, HomeSchool Resource Center was able to grind out a solid victory over Calumet Christian on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

HomeSchool Resource Center had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 27-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Kankakee Trinity Academy beat HomeSchool Resource Center 2-0 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Will Kankakee Trinity Academy repeat their success, or does HomeSchool Resource Center has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
