Football Preview: South Newton Rebels vs. Tri-County Cavaliers        
        
		
             The South Newton Rebels will take on the Tri-County Cavaliers at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Both  are strolling into their  matchups after big wins in their previous games.
 South Newton is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have all season. They claimed a resounding  48-13 win over North Newton on the road. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Rebels with their most commanding win of the  season.
 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Tri-County, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They were the clear victor by  a  36-12 margin over North White on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Cavaliers considering their 12-point performance the  contest before.
 It was another big night for  Jonathan Pearson, who rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. He is  on a roll when it comes to  rushing touchdowns, as he's  now  punched in two or more in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Tri-County was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 246  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 Tri-County wouldn't let North White keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Tri-County can thank  Gabe Sanders and  Aiden Duniphan for forcing both of them.
 The  victory made it two in a row for South Newton and  bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Tri-County,  the  win also got them back to even at 2-2.
