Basketball Recap: Bridgehampton Picks Up Seventh Straight Win on the Road

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Bridgehampton ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top against the Pierson Whalers by a score of 69-60. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Killer Bees also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bridgehampton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jordyn Turner, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 13 boards. With that strong performance, Turner is now averaging an impressive 8.2 rebounds per game. Alex Davis was another key player, shooting 42% from the field on his way to 18 points in addition to five boards and four steals.

Bridgehampton pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Bridgehampton will be home for the holidays to greet Southold at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pierson will be paying especially close attention to the Killer Bees' game: after the Killer Bees face off against Varsity Opponent, they'll take on Pierson again at 6:00 p.m. on January 22, 2026.
