Basketball Game Preview: Eastwood Eagles vs. Oak Harbor Rockets

The Eastwood Eagles will venture away from home to face off against the Oak Harbor Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Saturday, Eastwood came up short against Maumee and fell 46-36. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Oak Harbor posted their biggest victory since February 15th on Saturday. Everything went their way against Rossford as Oak Harbor made off with a 50-28 win. The score was all tied up 19-19 at the break, but the Rockets were the (much) better team in the second half.

Oak Harbor is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points per game. As for Eastwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Eastwood ended up a good deal behind Oak Harbor in their previous meeting back in February, losing 37-22. Can Eastwood avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
