Volleyball Recap: Northland Comes Up Short

Northland suffered their biggest defeat since August 21st on Tuesday. They came up short against the Whetstone Braves, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Braves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-7, 25-8.

Northland's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Whetstone, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northland will welcome West at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Whetstone, they will challenge Mifflin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
