Volleyball Recap: Brooke Comes Up Short

Brooke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Minuteman Regional Minuteman.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 25-18.

Brooke's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Minuteman Regional, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brooke will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Neighborhood House Charter at 5:30 p.m. on October 9. As for Minuteman Regional, they will take on Boston Collegiate at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
