Volleyball Recap: Bloomington Comes Up Short

Bloomington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Glenwood Titans. If the Purple Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Titans when the teams met back in August of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-8.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Glenwood, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Bloomington will square off against Centennial at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Purple Raiders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Glenwood, they will be taking part in a tournament against North Oldham at 7:05 p.m. on Friday.
