If Jay M. Robinson wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Carson, they should've done a better job of containing Alana Herring. The Cougars blew past the Bulldogs 3-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Herring, who had 21 digs and one assist. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Carson is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season. As for Jay M. Robinson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Carson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Hough on the 1st. As for Jay M. Robinson, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Concord on the 2nd.
