Moberly is 6-1 against Canton since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Spartans will welcome the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Monday, Moberly came up short against Southern Boone and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that Moberly have lost by exactly two goals.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers last Saturday. Canton came up short against Beardstown, falling 8-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Canton was already down 3-0.

Moberly now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Canton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Moberly took their victory against Canton in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 8-0 score. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
