Baseball Recap: Eldorado Takes a Loss

Eldorado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Crab Orchard Trojans. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in April of 2025.

Eldorado's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Crab Orchard, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10.

Eldorado has already played their next contest, a 14-6 loss against Edwards County on the 30th. As for Crab Orchard, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-0 defeat against Carbondale on the 2nd.
