Veterans extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jaivyon Dawson. The Warhawks strolled past the Perry Panthers with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 64-45 for which the team can thank Dawson, who shot 57% from the field on his way to 22 points along with eight boards and three steals. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Veterans now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Perry, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Veterans will be playing at home against Tift County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Perry, they will head out to challenge Peach County at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
