Wink skates past Anthony with ease

The Wink Wildcats can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 77-41 victory over Anthony. The win was nothing new for Wink as they're now sitting on nine straight.

It was another big night for Aizlyn Dewberry, who dropped a triple-double on 26 points, 12 rebounds, and ten steals. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Crystal Quiroz, who scored 17 points along with three steals.

Despite the loss, Anthony still got an impressive performance from Julie Cuellar, who scored 33 points. That was a full 80.5% of Anthony's points, marking the 24th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Wink is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 18 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. As for Anthony, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-15.

Wink will head out on the road to square off against Fort Hancock at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort Hancock is coming into the game with seven straight wins at home, meaning Wink will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory. Anthony will take on McCamey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
