Adams scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Troy Colts by a score of 71-68. The loss was just more heartbreak for the Highlanders, who fell 66-63 when the teams last met back in February of 2021.

Adams has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.4 points per game. As for Troy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-9.

As for Troy, they will challenge Seaholm at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Troy is facing Seaholm at the right time seeing as Seaholm is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
