McClintock waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their defense stepped up to hand the Central Bobcats an 8-0 shutout. Considering the Chargers have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

McClintock pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those four games. As for Central, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.

McClintock wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, an 8-0 victory against Alhambra on the 5th. Central has also already played their next contest (against Fairfax), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
