Basketball Recap: Window Rock Piles Up the Points Against Many Farms

Window Rock won the last time they faced Many Farms and things went their way on Saturday too. The Fighting Scouts claimed a resounding 66-34 victory over the Lobos. With the Fighting Scouts ahead 48-12 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Window Rock was led to victory by Jaylen Brown and Chase Sagg. Brown posted ten points and six steals, while Sagg put up 12 points and five steals. Brown is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least four every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Craig Yazzie, who shot 60% from the field en route to 14 points and five boards.

Window Rock was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Window Rock's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Many Farms, they dropped their record down to 1-2 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Window Rock will square off against Blue Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Many Farms, they will take on Greyhills Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
