Croatan is a perfect 4-0 against Havelock since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cougars will face off against the Rams at 6:00 p.m. Havelock took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Croatan, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Croatan needed a bit of extra time to put away West Carteret. They won by a goal and slipped past the Patriots 2-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for Croatan as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Havelock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Richlands, falling 7-1. While losing is never fun, Havelock can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 428th, while Richlands are ranked 69th).

Havelock's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Croatan, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12-2.

Croatan took their win against Havelock in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 5-1 score. In that contest, the Cougars amassed a halftime lead of 3-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
